The Sleeveless Sweater

Denitra is my name. Versatility is my game. Functional Fashion just makes sense, ok?

Many people ask me about wearing sleeveless pieces in the cooler months and my answer will always be something like this: “If you’re not going to be outside, you’ll be fine.” Besides, there’s always this thing called LAYERING. *wink wink*

I’m a fan of the sleeveless sweater (or tunic) because you can easily combine seasonal pieces or layer in an effortless way. Since I’m not tall (LOL), my sweater is more of a dress, but you get the point, yes?

Sweater

Depending on the length you can wear your sweater as a tunic/dress, especially if you own a pair of knee-high boots. Spice up the look with a leather cuff and cool eyeglass frames. Throw on a dark lippie and take this look to the next level. Gone ‘head girl!

Layer with a blazer

Here’s an option for the office or a cute, sophisticated event. Toss on a blazer over your sleeveless sweater, a belt (or harness in my case) and your Pixie Babe mug and instantly add some personality! Click to get your mug here!

Tee, Tights, Jean Jacket

Can you say comfy-chic? Can you also say layering heaven? This tee layered under the sleeveless sweater adds versatility easily. Wrap a jean shirt or jacket around the waste for definition and a hint of color and well, you’re all set!
